What is this?
Join us for "Nature Therapy in the Garden: What Works" on April 13th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Emerson Avenue Community Garden.
Discover the healing power of nature in this engaging workshop led by Mark Mitchell, a coach, psychotherapist, National Geographic educator, and member of our garden community. Learn techniques to cultivate awe in the garden, compost negative thoughts, behaviors, and relationships, and sow the seeds of hope for a brighter future.
This interactive session will include:
--Nature journaling
--Art activities
--Joyful experiences
Additionally, an LMU student will be assisting with a brief survey and conducting optional interviews for those interested in sharing their experiences.
Emerson Avenue Community Garden is pleased to offer this class to you at no cost. Donations are greatly appreciated to support our community initiatives. Suggested donations: $5 for students, $10 for non-members.
Don't miss this opportunity to connect with nature and nurture your well-being. We look forward to seeing you there!
>>Rain or shine, we welcome you!
