Join Us for Community Volunteer Day!
Help us maintain and beautify Emerson Avenue Community Garden! Meet us on the first Saturday of the month from 9 AM to Noon (unless it’s a holiday). Activities include mulching, weeding, clearing pathways, watering, and more—fun for all ages! We’re family-friendly and welcome students earning community service hours. Let’s grow together!

We will be reading Daughters of the Sun and Moon by Lisa See. We will meet October 13th in the garden, but please note we are meeting at 5:30 to accommodate the sunset.
We are currently looking for a place to host our winter meetings, the Book Jewel closes at 6PM most nights and is pretty booked with other book clubs on Fridays, the only weeknight that they stay open until 7.

Two hour class teaching planting, care and harvesting of microgreens. Microgreens are fast-growing, require minimal space and equipment, and are nutrient-dense. Register by emailing activities@eacgc.org.
