Discover the healing power of nature in this engaging workshop led by Mark Mitchell, a coach, psychotherapist, National Geographic educator, and member of our garden community.
Learn techniques to cultivate awe in the garden, compost negative thoughts, behaviors, and relationships, and sow the seeds of hope for a brighter future.
